Return Policy for Personalized Products:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Personalized products are eligible for exchange only in case of defects or damage during transit or errors on our part.

  2. Return Process:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    • Return in original packaging and unused condition.
    • Customer pays return shipping unless it’s our error.

  3. Exchange:

    • Click photograph of the product and make a video while opening the package.
    • Upon confirming the defect or error, we’ll send a replacement.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
    • Please Note: A processing fee of 4% of order value will be deducted from the refund.
    • Once the order has been given for personalization or it has been shipped from our office, it CANNOT be cancelled.
