Return Policy for Personalized Products:

Eligibility:
- Personalized products are eligible for exchange only in case of defects or damage during transit or errors on our part.

Return Process:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Return in original packaging and unused condition.
- Customer pays return shipping unless it’s our error.

Exchange:
- Click photograph of the product and make a video while opening the package.
- Upon confirming the defect or error, we’ll send a replacement.

Cancellation Policy:
- An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
- Please Note: A processing fee of 4% of order value will be deducted from the refund.
- Once the order has been given for personalization or it has been shipped from our office, it CANNOT be cancelled.
