Shipping Methods:
We offer shipping within India and Internationally using a variety of carriers. The carrier used for your order will depend on the size and weight of the package, as well as the shipping destination.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is free for order on website – happynest.kids

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days of shipping. However, please note that delivery times may be longer for remote locations or during peak periods.

Tracking Information:
We provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has shipped. You can use the tracking information to track the status of your order.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
– An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
– Once the order has been given for personalization or it has been shipped from our office, it can not be cancelled.

*Note – A processing fee of 4% of order value will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive in good condition. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement order or a refund.
